The Yale Neon Paddock adjustable butt hinge is easy to adjust and can hold 80kg per hinge. They are fitted with a security grub screw to prevent the removal of the pin.
It is fully adjustable with a 4mm range of horizontal adjustment (without affecting compression) which is possible without having to remove the door. To adjust, you simply open the door to a 90° angle and rotate the two adjuster cams on the hinge until you reach your desired adjustment. Before you finish adjusting your hinge, make sure the hinge marked points are aligned correctly.
