It will enable your door lock to automatically latch the door on closure requiring a key to open it again. Once installed the lock operates as normal whereby you push the handle up to engage the locking points and turn the key to secure them, on opening, the inside handle retracts all locking points including the latch where as the external handle retracts all locking points minus the latch which requires a key to disengage.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003ePlease note: \u003c\/strong\u003eThere is an internal and external spindle and these must be positioned correctly.
